KAMU Ultra Karaoke is an amazing entertainment spot in Las Vegas with a premium and energetic vibe. The private rooms are stylish, clean, and well-designed, creating the perfect setting for a fun night out. The song selection is huge, and the sound system is high quality, making every performance enjoyable. The staff are friendly, helpful, and keep everything running smoothly. It’s a perfect place to celebrate, party with friends, and create unforgettable memories.
The system is super easy to use — but if you get confused, just hit the big red button and someone comes QUICK to save the day!
The food was good, the service was impeccable, and the entire experience was unforgettable. 10/10 would absolutely do it again the next time we’re in town!
When we arrived on Saturday the hostest confirmed that the reservation was for 3 hours but refused to provide the champagne special that we were told would be honored. The hostest told us that when the individual that booked us arrived we could work it out. There was no follow thru on this and never received the bottle. Just FYI as it's a constant ad on their website for those looking online.
The room itself was clean and comfy. The room was deff a vibe with the decor and lights. The karaoke system itself had difficulties and the host had to come in several times to fix it. We ended up singing random songs that seemed to be cast from a diff room to ours while we waited for resolutions.
The service here is extremely bad. I don't know if they were trying to scam us or if they had miscommunication at the front. We had 3 different workers come to us every 30min telling us our hour was up and had to pay for another hour. Luckily someone in our party took a picture the moment we arrived and we used that as evidence to prove our start time. They then attempted to make us leave after an hour and a half. I had to repeatedly remind them that I had booked for 3 hours and confirmed as much when we checked in.
In the 3 hours we were there we received water once. We repeatedly asked for more and received none until a male friend physically stood there and waited for the water. The same thing happened when we ordered drinks. We just gave on asking for drinks after that.
Even though the service is horrible and we received 2 cups of water and 1 drink they tipped themselves over 100 dollars. Tip is automatic so beware of that.
We love karaoke and had a blast celebrating; it was just disappointing that we had to deal with all this craziness the entire 3 hours we were there.
These interruptions weren’t just frequent; they were handled in a rude and condescending manner. On one occasion, a staff member tapped her watch at us, and when we tried to calmly explain that we hadn’t even been there for an hour yet, she cut my friend off mid-sentence and said, “No, time is up.” This forced my friend to leave the room to prove our purchase and time of entry.
Even after showing proof that we were well within our booked time, the interruptions continued every 30 minutes like clockwork. Not once did anyone acknowledge the mistake, apologize, or attempt to make things right. To make matters worse, despite all the check-ins to rush us out, no one ever asked if we wanted to order anything or needed assistance. Just constant pressure to leave early.
A karaoke experience should be fun and immersive, not stressful and combative. Being repeatedly rushed, spoken down to, and made to defend time we had already paid for completely ruined the experience. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for an enjoyable karaoke night.
Edited to Add: they also charged us a 20% gratuity, which while under normal circumstances is totally fine, was absolutely wild considering the circumstances.
Just a heads up, know what your signing up for…it adds up fast and a lot of money quickly. Room fees, plus based on how many people. 20% gratuity automatically added, taxes, most drinks $25.00 a pop and plus any food you order.
Rooms have a minimum to spend depending on the times you pick. Know that minimum.
Just trying to save anyone from a bill that they are not expecting.
Beyond the bill…it was a fun choice, glad we had tried it.

The staff was friendly and provided a good tutorial on how to use the room. Drink service was a bit slow.
Okay food and drink selection, was limited and pricey. Very limited reasonably priced options.
However, they will comp some beers for reviews.
It was exactly what we were looking to do to end the night with some F U N! Food tasted great too! Easy to do, helpful staff, vibes are off the charts.
