Our staff follows strict, mandatory COVID-19 safety practices and procedures based on guidance from the World Health Organization and the US Centers for Disease Control in order to uphold the highest standards for cleanliness and protect our guests against the spread of COVID-19. Especially for large group events and gatherings hosted at KAMU Ultra Karaoke, these measures ensure that your group feels safe, comfortable, and protected.
How we keep you safe at our venue:
Events and gatherings are primarily hosted in private suites where you are not exposed to people who are not from your group
All our staff and bartenders follow state mandates and covid regulations when serving, cleaning, and sanitizing public and private spaces
Hand sanitizers are present at the entrance and in every room and counter
Our staff thoroughly cleans and sanitizes all equipment and every surface between each usage
Our indoor space is always well ventilated to keep the air fresh
We use disinfectants approved by local regulatory agencies against COVID-19
Our staff is required to wash their hands thoroughly with soap and water before serving guests at any time and before replacing guest supplies and cleaning kits
We ask that you and your guests do not visit KAMU Ultra Karaoke if you’ve recently been exposed to or have symptoms of COVID-19. Please contact us if you have to reschedule your reservation due to you or someone in your group being exposed to the risk of COVID-19.

VENUE BUYOUT:
We offer the opportunity to reserve a section of or the entire venue for your big event. KAMU Ultra Karaoke spans 17,000 square-feet and can hold up to 500+ guests. The entrance boasts a breathtaking, 10-ft tall water curtain and an ultra-lavish interior which is sure to impress. Please contact us to inquire about KAMU buyouts.

Convention attendees receive a discount. If you’re attending any convention in the city, share your special promo code, or present your badge or convention registration and receive a 15% discount on your bill.

What does pricing look like?
Your total bill will consist of two parts and must meet or exceed the minimum spend required:
1. Suite Rental Fee (suite hourly rate x number of hours spent)
2. Orders from the Menu

Happy Hour rate (M-Th 6-10 pm) - $70/hr

Do you offer decoration packages for special celebrations?
Yes we do! Kindly note we require full prepayment for any Decoration Packages. You can choose a combination of any of the below items:
1) Balloons - 20 heart balloons + 1 large champagne balloon ($150)
2) Flowers - dozen roses in a bouquet ($100)
3) Cake - 6-inch white cake with fruit or chocolate ($100) -

Where are you located?
We are in Palazzo Tower! Take the elevator to the 2nd floor of the Grand Canal Shoppes, and you'll find us next to Sushi Samba.
For parking, please use the Palazzo Tower Parking Structure, which you can enter on Sands Ave (Sands Ave and Las Vegas Blvd). -
Is there an age restriction?
All ages are welcome before 10 pm! After 10 pm, you must be 21+ to enter.

Do you have private karaoke rooms? Or is there a general area for everyone to sing?
You must use a private suite for karaoke, as there is no public area for singing. However, you're more than welcome to hang out at the bar and grab a drink there!

What's the maximum occupancy for each private room?
Medium Suite: 1-9 guests
Large Suite: 10-15 guests
VIP Suite: 16-40 guests

Do I have to make a reservation?
Reservations are not required but are strongly encouraged - especially on Friday and Saturday nights! Grab your spot by reserving on our booking site, or fill out the form at the bottom of the page!

Can I bring my own food and drink?
No, we do not allow outside food and drink.

Can you order individual drinks in the private rooms, or is it only bottle service?
Yes, you can order individual drinks, but we encourage Bottle Service Packages because the pricing includes the suite rental fee. A la carte, we have beers (by the bottle) as well as cocktails and shots, but not wine by the glass.

Do you allow smoking inside?
No. We are a fully non-smoking establishment.
